Return Policy
Made-to-Order and Custom Products
Each Stillgrain print is carefully produced — often made to order — and created specifically for you. For this reason, we do not accept returns, cancellations, or exchanges, except in cases of damage during shipping.
No Right of Withdrawal for Custom Goods
Under EU consumer law, customers usually have 14 days to withdraw from online purchases. However, this right does not apply to goods that are:
“made to the consumer’s specifications or clearly personalized”
(EU Consumer Rights Directive, Article 16(c)).
By placing an order with Stillgrain, you agree that your item is made-to-order and therefore exempt from the standard return policy.
Damaged Orders
If your order arrives damaged:
- Notify us within 72 hours of delivery
- Include clear photographs of the product and the packaging
- Do not hang or use the print before reporting the issue
We will assess the case and may offer a repair or replacement, at our discretion.
If approved, we will cover return shipping costs and send a replacement at no extra charge.
