3. Orders and Payment

Your order is an offer to purchase products from Stillgrain. We may accept or reject any order at our discretion. Prices are subject to change without notice, and availability is not guaranteed until your order is confirmed and shipped.

All prices include VAT and shipping costs unless stated otherwise. Payment is collected at checkout.

4. Products and Returns

Each Stillgrain print is produced with care and may be made to order. Due to the custom and made-to-order nature of our products, we do not accept returns, refunds, or exchanges, unless an item arrives damaged or defective.

Important: By placing an order, you agree that the right of withdrawal under EU consumer protection law (Directive 2011/83/EU, Article 16(c)) does not apply to your purchase, as the product is made to your specifications and clearly personalized.
 If your order arrives damaged, you must notify us within 72 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the product and its packaging. Do not hang or use the item before documentation. We may choose to repair or replace the item at our discretion.

5. Intellectual Property

All content on this site — including images, text, design, and logos — is the property of Stillgrain or our partners and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Purchase of a print does not transfer any copyright.

You may not reproduce, distribute, alter, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent.

6. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use the site for any illegal purpose;
  • Upload viruses, malware, or harmful code;
  • Attempt to access or collect other users' data;
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights;
